Since his conviction on March 2nd,2023 for the murders of his wife Maggie and son Paul, Alex Murdaugh is now suspect to police in the involvement of Stephen Smith’s mysterious death.

According to ABC Reporter Eva Pilgrim, “Now, the family of Stephen Smith is pushing for a new autopsy after Alex Murdaugh was found guilty of murdering his wife and son.”

The circumstances of Smith’s passing are mysterious indeed. The teenager was found on a road three miles from his car. Smith was attending college night courses at the local technical college. While it was believed that Smith got out of the car of his own volition, his family has doubts that he would walk down a busy highway late at night.

Alex Murdaugh to Testify in Murder Case of Wife and Son

Since the release of the limited docuseries on Netflix, the spotlight has shined on Alex Murdaugh, the disgraced lawyer who is facing criminal charges in relation to the murders of his wife and son. Murdaugh pled not guilty to charges of murder and denies the allegations of his involvement in the 2021 murder of Maggie Beach, who disappeared on a boating trip with Paul Murdaugh, who was said the be driving the vehicle.

Murdaugh is also reportedly being investigated for misappropriation of the funds of his clients and other suspicious activity regarding his relations with local law enforcement.

Former AZ Cop Arrested for Human Trafficking (DEC. 2022)

Dec. 22, 2022, a former AZ Cop has been accused of human smuggling and has been taken into custody. When the former officer was apprehended, he had in his vehicle five undocumented migrants. According to the Cochise County Sheriff Dept., Richard D. Daniels was armed with multiple weapons when they detained him and his vehicle near Tombstone.

Moscow, Idaho Murders – Bryan Kohberger is reported to have battled ‘cannibalistic urges’

Bryan Kohberger, 28, has been arrested on suspicion of four counts of murder in the case of four college students having been fatally stabbed. On November 13th, an assailant broke into the home of four college students and stabbed each one. The forensic psychologist meeting with Kohberger reports that the twenty-eight-year-old admits that he has struggled to resist cannibalistic tendencies and urges. Kohberger claims to experience obsessive-compulsive habits when it comes to food and believes that if he eats too much ‘meat’ he may not be able to stop.

Kohberger was taken in by authorities on Dec. 30th in his home in Albright Pennsylvania and is currently being held without bail.
