What Happened That Night by Sandra Block
A Jewish paralegal Dahlia is out to get revenge on her rapists five years later after a video of her assault was anonymously released. With the help of James, a member of a support group, Dahlia tracks down her assailants and makes life hell for them.
This book I would say has triggers, so if you are not comfortable reading about suicide, I would not recommend this book. There were moments even I felt slightly uncomfortable.
I sat and read this in one sitting. I could not put it down. It was brutal, dark, and intelligent. While at the same time, I had moments where I laughed out loud. I resonated with the character Dahlia. I would most definitely consider this for a reread.
